"The purpose of this letter is to compliment Jeno... I was not introduced to Jeno until January of 2002, when I decided to get my personal training sessions. I have been working out since the late 1980's when I belonged to an athletic club and had never worked out with a trainer.

"I am an employee of Morristown Memorial Hospital. Several years ago the hospital opened a fitness center for the employees. I have a heart condition and therefore I chose to participate in this benefit. Since I am an early morning person, it was logical to exercise before my work hours.
